
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 –10 fl. oz. water milk, or nondairy alternative
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup high-protein low sugar vanilla yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla Proflex protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Pinch of ground all-spice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
