Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 fl. oz. water milk, or nondairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup high-protein low sugar vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla Proflex protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground all-spice

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
