Make the salad dressing by combining the mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl, then adding a splash of water until dressing is desired consistency.
Cook the bacon in a frying pan until the fat renders and the bacon Is crispy. Transfer to a separate plate and discard all but 1 tablespoon of bacon grease. Add the ground beef, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and paprika to the same pan with the bacon grease and cook over medium-high heat.
After 5 minutes, add the mushrooms to the same pan. Continue cooking until the beef is no longer pink and the mushrooms are golden. Don’t stir the mixture too much to allow caramelization develop.
Combine lettuce, beef, mushrooms, toppings, and bacon in a bowl. Drizzle with the salad dressing and serve.
Note: Make sure there is no added sugar in your hot sauce.
